Ingredient Commitment

We live in a world using too many chemicals on our bodies, and its time to keep your skin just as healthy and happy as the rest of your body too!

With a wonderful combination of oils & Essential oils now you can enjoy some beautiful cold pressed artisan soaps and bath bombs that will not only be a great addition to your day to day routine but can also make a great gift.

I've tried my best to find the best ingredients that I hope you will also enjoy, not only doI trust it to use on myself, I trust it to sell for you to try on yours too!

In addition to this we will be adding some beautiful Crotchet & Knitted items too

What is Cold Pressed and why should I try it?

A little bit more involved than walking into your local arts and crafts shop and buying some big blocks to melt over your stove. Cold Pressed soaps and the ability to make them without ripping the hair off your head in the process is actually an art (and way to test your patience too)

Your skin is the largest organ in your body, tasked with protecting your delicate insides from the elements. It is also highly absorbent, making it a significant gateway into the bloodstream.

The lotions, soaps, and deodorants that we expose ourselves to on a daily basis may contain toxic fragrances and synthetic chemicals that we definitely don’t welcome with open arms.

Cold Pressed is the result of a chemical reaction called saponification that occurs between lye and a fat or oil (such as Olive Oil or Coconut Oil). Cold-processed soap, in particular, allows the lye to be neutralized without any outside sources of heat, called “curing”. This is quite a time-consuming process that allows for more gradual saponification. It can take 4-6 weeks for soap to become, well, soap. The lack of heat keeps the essential oils intact and in perfect condition to lather you in therapeutic goodness.

It takes patience, but we think it’s worth it!
